You can use Korean Air and China Southern as they are part of Skyteam as welll as NW and CO.
China Airlines (Taiwan based) is NOT part of Skyteam but u can redeem miles as well as on SQ to ASIA.
China Airlines has NO scheduled flights from Taiwan to China that u can use miles on at this time. All the flights to/from Taiwan to China at this time are considered special charters.
