Checking seat availability on JAL via Asia Miles

I was interested in getting a F reward ticket on the new JAL planes from NRT-SFO through Asia Miles, is there a way to check the seat availability of JAL through Asia Miles? Or as long as I can claim a reward ticket on a date with JL005 at F Class it will be sure?
