If the AGR call center is open, you should call them.
If they are closed, and you already have a ticket, some changes may be possible with a ticket agent. Some of them know how to handle AGR tickets, some do not; they are allowed to do certain things with them, but not all agents may do so for you.
I had a problem like that once, I booked a ticket via AGR for weekend travel. I had to make a change once AGR was closed and they wouldn't open again until after I completed my travel. The person at the ticket booth was clueless, so I called customer service and spoke with a manager who made the change for me.
Once the change was made in the system the ticket agent was able to print the new ticket.
