who does QK deiceing really depends on what airport we are talking about, since they're all different. YYZ all deiceing is done by globe ground. At our out stations, they are done by our ramp crew's (either ACGHS or Someone else) At some larger stations like YOW and YHZ it is preformed by ACGHS.
Not sure who does Jazz deicing at YXU, but I got a chuckle last January when we got on the Northwest flight to DTW from here. A woman checked us in at the counter, then she went and met us at the gate, then she hopped on the deicing truck and sprayed us down.
