Of all the things LX gets right - and there are many - its customer responsiveness following a complaint isn't one of them, IME. But then it's not alone: try complaining to UA or AA if you want a truly risory experience.
Fortunately, LX has given me only a single instance following many flights, where I've had genuine cause to complain.
Still, this is a crucial part of its operation which it needs to get right.
