In addition to the 2nd checked bag fee, I believe they only allow one carryon, not the carry-on and a personal item that many other airlines do. Also, the space to stow a carryon is smaller than on larger aircraft.

Other than baggage limitations, Island Air is a very attractive alternative, IMHO.
