Thanks for your response. You are right -- Marriott hotels (and probably other hotels) don't allow outside food, and the menu-options at the Marriott hotels in the Seattle area don't seem to be very many.

We kept Marriott hotels as our first choice, since we can get some Marriott reward points with a catered event. But, we are now looking to other options as well -- especially, snce I'm working on a tight budget.
