actually, i think mabuk dan gila was being sarcastic.
the remote gates are mainly used when the gates are full at TBIT. due to the construction around the main terminal, fewer gates have been available.
either the airlines can use them, or the PAX would have a longer ground hold wait until a gate in the main terminal opens. which would you prefer?
