There is a male GA at ORD who does a really good job of clearly explaining boarding order well before boarding, and continues to talk about it as he gets ready. Somehow he manages to minimize the number of eager beavers who try and board ahead of their zone, while phrasing it in such a way not to make them feel like gate lice. (He makes it sound like it is an honour and a privilege that families are welcome to board with zone 2)

I have often whispered to him that he does a great job and that I wish I could see him at every gate.
