Correct - I have never been charged for any changes of any kind as an MVPG. It is a big deal - I do a lot of speculative bookings and change them most of the time, but there's no penalty for changing, so what the heck. Saves me (and my employer) a lot of money on those occasions when I guessed right, and costs nothing when I guess wrong.
