If you need something that will have each individual's specific confirmation numbers for each reservation then you're going to have to do it yourself. I'd set it up as a mail merge in Word, with the data in Excel. You can create the template and make it look as pretty as you want and then have it populate the confirmation numbers and such from the data file.
For a generic display I'll second the TripIt recommendation. I really enjoy using it and find the itineraries rather pleasant visually.
