I got mine in September or October since I wasnt requalifying but moving up from MVP. The form my card was attached to doesnt even have:
Service charge and ticket change fees waived on Alaska and Horizon tickets (except during check-in)
on it anywhere nor does it even mention waived changed fees as a benefit
Either yours if different or Im looking at the wrong one. I think they are refering to changing to earlier or later flights and confirming it with $25 during web checkin
