Change to Gold fee waivers?
Question for Missy or one of the other helpful AS folks on this board -- on the form that the 2009 MVPG card was sent with is a list of benefits including

Service charge and ticket change fees waived on Alaska and Horizon tickets (except during check-in)
What does that last "except during check-in" part mean? Is that a new wrinkle? It's news to me and I don't see it mentioned on the website
