You're correct that an infraction is taken seriously. Correct again that I am not current on Ontario, or Quebec laws. I did however handle and serve liquor for 20+ years in BC.

I'll stand on my statement that one violation by one of the 'really big wheels' (and I'll include AC in that club) will not result in a loss of license. The liquor act below confirms it.

It seems to imply a 7 day suspension, but personally, I'd be surprised to see that for a 1st offence by a big corporation.
