Just Imagine

When passing through either of the the CCR checkpoints and receiving the OK to proceed into the CCR - the following occurs

"Welcome to the CCR have you visited us before? - would you like a guided tour?" -- if not
"Allow me to page a waiter/es to show you to your choice of seat"
Waiter/es arrives
"Allow me to follow you to your choice of seat where I can take your first order"
Arrival at chosen seats
"We have a complete range of drinks available to you with todays Premium champagnes being X,Y and Z - may I take your order?"
"Thankyou - and may I ask if you will be dining with us in the Dining Room or at your chosen seats here so that I may provide menus and arrange your table?"
Menues, first drinks and premuim nibbles arrive
"Your table is available whenever you wish to dine in the dining room - further drinks are available at your request -- To ensure I can provide a rapid service please have this pager, if you require further drinks or any other assistance please simply press the button and I will be with you in less than 5 minutes, I guarantee"
On Departure
"Thankyou for visting the CCR today, we look forward to your next visit - if you wish to pre-order your dining requirements and reserve a table do not hesitate to contact YouFirst in advance of your next visit"
"I can also see that you have enjoyed the Pol Roger this afternoon, please accept this gift of a bottle to take with you on your journey as a thanks from the CCR and British Airways"

Apart from the drink to take away (which it purely wishful) how much apart from close to zero would the other service standards cost?
Dam its Jan1st not Apr1st
