I was there in December for the first time and was also not that impressed. We did not eat, but I find it annoying that in order to get a drink we had to a) go to the bar and b) queue to place an order. That is not really first class service.
When I was there Sunday there were several hostesses roaming around taking drink and food orders. The lady I had was fairly efficient although I would say her English was not too good.
