How come Virgin can get it right with their Clubhouse and Cathay with the Wing/Pier (with Peninsula hotel staff)? You sit down and the staff are right over to take your order. The CCR looks fantastic (in a trendy designer way) but it seemed style over substance to me. Maybe we should pass our feedback onto YouFirst?
I submit it is simply down the the numbers that BA have to cope with compared to VS. If BA had as few PAX passing through then they could up their game.
