My calendar came a couple of weeks ago. It's a nice one considering it's a marketing item
Yesterday I received a nice looking holiday card that folds out in several pages, each describing a holiday tradition at some NW destination. The back page has a gift card glued to it and a "thanks" for my loyalty.
I haven't detached the card yet and am only guessing that it's for miles. There isn't a note anywhere stating what it is or what it's "value" is. The card itsself states "The gift of miles. You're on your way."
No customer service miles for me.
I was delayed on Dec14. Asked the Gate Agent at AUS to re-book me. I had already checked with CO at the President's Club and found alternate flights with available sets. NW refused, saying I would still make my connection since I had a 10 minute connect time. I told her no, since MSP was in the middle of a storm that 10 minutes would not cut it. She refused.
I missed my connection and was overnighted (NW paid for room without my asking) in MSP
