Consumption of alcohol is a matter of Provincial jurisdiction, so there is no federal law. Federal law with respect to alcohol concerns only packaging/labeling, broadcast advertizing, and the food and drug act (safety issues) as well, of course, criminal law dealing with impaired driving and the like.
