E-Statement and Email Communications Bonuses, then back to paper?
I recently switched to E-statements to get 500 bonus miles. Today, 500 miles posted for "E-STATEMENT SIGN UP BONUS" and an additional 500 miles posted for "EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS BONUS".

Three questions:

1) What's the second "EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS BONUS" for? Has anyone else received this one?

2) Can I now switch back to paper statements? Or will they delete the miles if I switch back?

3) Has anyone tried switching back and forth trying to get multiple bonuses?
