First time to PM.
I had dreams of a threshhold bonus but when they cracked down on the AMEX TC deal and the US Mint coin buys I coulkd see that a other AMEX bonus was not going to happen. I would have needed a MR or something else to put me over as well. Too much trouble for 15K miles.
