Hey, I'm back for one day only, back for good on the fifth. My ears were ringing. Victor may have more info than I, but I have seen that language in the FAQ. I had a big long explanation for this, but I'm not sure it is completely accurate. I think it all boils down to this. Once a flight departs, that segment can't be cancelled. If you are shown checked in, the block on those funds has to be overridden manually.
