Well the NW WC at LAX serves NW flight to NRT, AF flights to CDG x2 and PPT, KLM flight to AMS, and Air China's to PEK, so really it is an international lounge in the US.
Usually doesn't close early. Big holidays such as Xmas, turkey day maybe but MLK is fine.
