Just a follow-up.
Got around to checking a couple of SportsBooks and yes, it was pretty easy to place the Stanley Cup winner wager. Places had varying odds of course. Ended up placing the bet in the Palazzo SportsBook since that's where we were staying. Had higher odds than other places I checked and gave coupons for free drinks in the sportsbar that was off to the side.
