Hi, thanks for the reply, and please pardon my ignorance on this stuff

All flights were economy (ouch). I've added the flight numbers below:

Outbound
Heathrow to Singapore (QF10) 6753
Singapore to Sydney (QF6) 3906

Return
Brisbane to Singapore (QF51) 953
Singapore to Heathrow (BA12 booked as QF3345) 1688

Flights were booked at the same time. The flight was cheap, but what I don't understand is why I only get 25% for my inbound flight, especially when this portion of the trip contained my only BA jet?

Further to this, I received 60 tier points for each of my outbound flights, but none for my inbound.

Any thoughts would be appreciated

And happy new year to all x

Tom
