I just got WP Gold and am flying NW and KE next week to SE Asia. I am hoping that I can use "Skype Out" to reach that 218 area code elite line if I need to contact NW while overseas.

I also have an all-Delta trip booked for February traveling with my wife. I was able to enter the PNR from Orbitz, where I bought the tix (at a price not available on nwa.com or delta.com) into both nwa.com and delta.com, and update the records on both to reflect our WP numbers. I just made WP Gold two days ago. nwa.com shows my new status correctly, but delta.com still shows me as silver. I was able to change seat assignments on delta.com from what Orbitz gave us, though. Because wife is only WP silver, I should call in and divide our PNR so that the wife's status doesn't drag down my upgrade chances on the domestic segments.

I'm hoping WP's elite desk can handle this even though all segments are booked Delta.
