If you get within 1,500 miles of PM they will give it to you. I would book a flight and go somewhere tomorrow.
You can fly to SRQ-ATL-BWI-ATL-SRQ tomorrow for $243 roundtrip with taxes. I'm sure their are other decent fares still out there. As long as you reach 73,500 you will be fine. (They will not make any exceptions for anything less than 73,500, so if you end up with 73,499 you will be out of luck)
