I have never been addressed by name in E on UA.
and mine gets butchered as well (unless you're italian
) which is another reason why i ask to be called by my first name
now the scary part is that on occasion i will board a ua flight and hear "hi goalie" and expecting to see a friend when i turn around, it's one of the f/a's asking "did you bring them"
