US farms the job of actually mailing the packages to an outside firm. US might want to look for another contractor (or just use UA's) for next year. I still have not received my Gold package (3/22) despite being told that the instructions were sent to the contractor weeks ago.

The good news is that US "gave" me my SWUs electronically, which I used on my recent trip to SFO and out of LAX. Since I am supposed to mail my paper SWUs back to them, I am hoping like hell that they send me duplicates.

PS: They had no trouble sending the 3 replacement DMUPs for the 3 that recently expired nor did they have any delay in sending the 10 DMUPs for eclipsing another 20K before 2/28.
