Good luck!
Within 24 hours, it will be taken (if found) to a BA lost property office in T5 flight connections (central collection are for recent lost property on BA planes and property such as lounges) and will be held there in case some one (that would be you...) claims it
After that time, it would go to BAA lost property which is the number given above 0208 745 7727
I would suggest contacting customer relations who could make a quick call to the BA lost property to see if it is still at T5 connections. They will have the number for it.
The correct procedure for something found in the lounge is that Eurest Lounge staff normally find in and then they fill out a lost / found form which is then handed to the BA lounge manager and placed in their office. Some one from flight connections staff does a regular visit, say twice a day, if not more, to see if there is lost property and then its returned to Flight connections to be stored and logged.
Hope this helps everyone understand how complicated this process is!!
