Hopefully there are some SBB experts out there?

I got my renewal form for my halbtax card, and this time they offer to combine it for me with a pre or post paid Visa. Is this a good deal? I'm not sure I understand it well since my Deutsche is not so good and I can't get them to send me mail in French.
