Actually, there aren't that many 5 star hotels in Tokyo, so by the time you filter out those fitted out with Asian influenced and modern decor there are very few that fit your remit. RichardInSF just reinforced the same point I was making.

Why not combine dinner at the Ebisu http://www.robuchon.jp/ with a stay at the Westin? If you want to 'luxify' your Westin 4+ star experience, upgrade your room to a suite.
