i've been using FeedRinse and sticking the output in my google reader subscriptions, which i monitor pretty often (ah.. desk jobs). FeedRinse allows text-based filtering, so I limit my feed to skyteam airlines.

it seems like the posts show up anywhere from 45min to 3hrs after initial post on FT. good enough for me.
