Yes, you basically do. Non preferreds may only upgrade Y and B-US fares. So, we'll probably save them.
My thought was BWI-ORF-PHL-SAN-PIT-PHL-BWI or BWI-SBY-PHL-SAN-CLT-RDU-DCA.
