I've done 25 minute connections in CVG a couple of times (schedule changes and I just kept it).

As long as there's no delay on your inbound (which you should hopefully know about and be able to deal with before leaving IND), I'd say you'll be fine.

Easiest transfer airport in the US except for PIT, IMO.
