If the OP is coming from IND it is probably going to be Chautauqua Airlines. Flights from IND to CVG end up early quite a bit more often than they do late.
And if he's on one of the three flights, he risks being delayed. I didn't say it was impossible. Just that in my experience, ASA flights from ATL have the tendency to be delayed.
