Huh? What does ATL have to do with it? There are only 3 RJ flights to day between ATL-CVG. I suppose the ASA ones could have come from ATL but that is a stretch. If the OP is coming from IND it is probably going to be Chautauqua Airlines. Flights from IND to CVG end up early quite a bit more often than they do late.
