You can use the bus or the skytrain to get to terminal one where the train station is.
be prepared there are two train stations.
One for the local trains for going to Frankfurt or Mainz and one for the long distance train for going with Intercitys and Eurocitys all over Germany. Both are located at terminal one.
There are four counters for all ticket arrangements at the long distance station.
