I just want to know if I need to sitting at my computer exactly 24 hours before and need to rush to book the flight seats.
If you are able to, 24 hours is better than 23:50 before, as there will almost always be some people who will be able to do OLCI right on the dot of 24 hours and who want to grab the best remaining seats at that time. But in my experience, 23:50 still normally leaves you with a plentiful and decent selection of seats, even if the most prized seats have gone by then.
