While I certainly think that the plastic cups/silverware in F are quite tacky, I wouldn't fly ANY Y seat instead of US's F. At 6'4" and 250#, ANY Y seat is a massive pain in all the muscles/bones in my body.
I certainly wouldn't pay for US's F.
