Actually, come to think of it now, the only time I've been through fast track at T5 (South) I kept my shoes on as well.
But then, there was nobody manning the entrance, no one waiting and barely any 'goons' to be seen. I'd been hoping for some ruckass, from what i've read here and was a little disappointed!
