What’s the most you’ve done for the least amount of miles/points?

My internal rule is don’t moan over anything less than 500 miles. So, when my Finnair flight from Helsinki to St. Petersburg didn’t post the owed 625 AA miles, I called, faxed, called, faxed, called and called again. If I knew that it was going to take so much work, I wouldn’t have bothered. But, once you have made a couple of calls, one more seems like merely protecting your investment, not to mention that your ego starts to get wrapped up in the battle. End result: 6 C/S transactions, or 105 miles per contact.

I guess as long as the C/S transactional quotient hovers above 100, I can call it slightly better than pathetic and declare a moral victory.
