Not that long ago I had heard rumoured May/Jun 09 for accession - I am trying to see if I can find the link for the article - IIRC the major reason quoted for the slippage from the Mar 09 target was supposedly the fact that AI/IC have completely separate res systems and the new combined res system is supposed to be up and running in/around May .

As with anything to do with AI this is of course subject to change - during my ( so far unsuccessful ) search for the article I refer to I found another article still holding out the possibility of meeting the Mar 09 target ( I am a bit skeptical about this )
