Axey I do agree with your logically reasoning. My quetion centers around two questions that unfortuatly I do not have the knowledge to answer.

Does the arrival date effect the rate even if the accommodations purchaused are the same?

Are there different rates if a guest checks both in and out on the same date?

For a one night stay, a guest could arrive and depart on the same day. Accommodations purchaused are from the published check-in time to the check-out time. The guest is welcome to check-in and anytime at ot after the published check-in time but must check-out at or after the published check-out time. Check-in time is a variable at the guest's choice.
