I love CO, have been a Plat for years and a PC member for the past 6. I enjoy their services and am not trying to malign them in any way. I simply wonder why our PCs seem lacking compared to others. At the very least, they could give us the coffee machines!
Be careful what you wish for. I'm not a coffee drinker but I've heard mixed reviews on the NW machines.

We pay for the club, and its perks, so why do I give them a buck each time I get a tiny glass of Diet Coke? I'd do better bringing it in, but that's against the rules.
So don't tip. I don't tip for every drink in the PC (especially non-alcoholic ones) and never received "curious glances".

Looking forward to the cereal. Didn't see it when I last flew in mid-Dec.
