The Dorado Beach Hotel in Puerto Rico will be a Ritz Reserve also if they ever START the renovation.

The hotel started as a Rock Resort, went to a Regent and then a Hyatt hotel.

The hotel is closed now except for about 40 rooms that they rent out mostly to members of the Dorado Beach Country Club.

SuCasa is being renovated now as the construction office with plans for after the renovation for it to become the Presidential Suite.

The old Cerromar is slated to become a Fairmont Hotel. Nothing started there either.
