I had many experiences with QAS - flying CO, BA, LX and using the Dan lounge which is also operated by QAS. I never experienced anything similar to what you described.

People have bad days and Israelis can be rude, especially when angry or upset. I would not bash the whole company over 1 bad apple in the tree.
