Having done both WN Exit row and US F on this very route, very recently, I can tell you that unless you're out to save a buck US F will be more comfortable/filling on board. The customer service and relative value is quite subjective and for the cost difference, it's entirely possible (likely) that I'd pick WN if it were my own money.
