What you write makes no sense at all--clearly as a lifetime Platinum AA by giving that status is not doing anything to try to get me to fly more--in fact I could fly much less and still be a platinum--as there is no incentive to have to fly 50k a year.
If you think 4 electronic upgrades are an incentive to fly more--I think you have been flying too much in aircraft without oxygen.
