UA does not have restrictive policies in the use of the RCCs by *Golds. US and UA do not allow Golds
from those two programs to use domestic clubs when traveling on a Domestic U.S. itinerary. It's always been that way and is clearly in the rules. It has nothing to do with overcrowding. It has to do with wanting to sell memberships.
When flying on Domestic itineraries, I have never been denied access using one of my other *Gold cards (other than UA).
